The making of Soy sauce

The 750 year old tradition of soy sauce making is and has been making waves for a long time now. In 1254 a Buddhist monk traveling from Japan to China found himself in the Wakayama prefecture and settled. That would become the amazing start of modern day soy sauce, The process can take from 18 months to three and a half years and has to be constantly stirred to ensure the right quality, check out the vid below…
